The Chico Down Syndrome Coalition (CDSC) brings you the 1st Annual World Down Syndrome Day event! This fundraising event is being held on 3/21 for Trisomy 21. World Down Syndrome Day is an International Day of awareness, inspiring to give a global voice and advocate for rights, inclusion, and the well being of people with Down Syndrome.
CDSC is providing a Zumba Dance Party, instructed by Zumba instructor Brittany Kissinger! We will also have food & drinks available and Funny Faces will be on hand for some awesome face painting!! Crafts will be available for the kiddos as well.
Absolutely ALL funds raised will go to the CDSC to benefit not only the Annual Buddy Walk in October (our main event), but also to fund scholarships supporting services for those with Down Syndrome in our community.
